Für kleinere Sendungen arbeiten wir mit dem Versanddienstleister DHL. Innerhalb Berlins liefern wir selbst bis zur Verwendungsstelle inklusive Aufbau. Für größere Lieferungen nutzen wir innerhalb Deutschlands eine Spedition, die kostenlos bis zur Bordsteinkante liefert. Bitte achten Sie darauf, bei der Lieferung großer Möbelstücke wie etwa Unidorm, zu zweit anwesend zu sein. Die Packstücke sind schwer und sperrig und von einer Person nicht tragbar. Gegen einen Aufpreis ist eine Lieferung bis zur Verwendungsstelle möglich.

Innerhalb der EU wird per Spedition zu einem Preis von 100 € bis zur Bordsteinkante geliefert – dies gilt insbesondere für USUS Table und UNIDORM. Um eine zeitlich individuelle Anlieferung zu gewährleisten, stellen wir immer einen Kontakt zwischen unseren Kunden und der Spedition her. Bitte hinterlassen Sie dafür E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer.

Der Versand per DHL ins europäische Ausland ist kostenpflichtig und individuell von Größe und Menge der Produkte abhängig.

Die Ware verlässt unser Lager in einwandfreiem Zustand. Sie behalten sich die Wahl des Transportweges und des Transportmittels vor. Bitte prüfen Sie den eingetroffenen Versandkarton daher auf eventuelle Schäden an der Verpackung, dokumentieren Sie und kommunizieren Sie diese gegebenenfalls mit dem Logistikunternehmen vor Ort. Bei Erhalt einer beschädigten Ware kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen per E-Mail unter shop@bartmannberlin.de oder telefonisch von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr unter +49 (30) 50919821.

For smaller shipments, we work with the shipping service provider DHL. In Berlin we deliver to the place of use including assembly. For large shipments within Germany we use a forwarding agency that delivers to curbside for free. Please make sure that two people are present when large pieces of furniture such as Unidorm are delivered. The packages are heavy and bulky and cannot be carried by one person. Delivery to the point of use is possible for an additional charge.

In other European countries, the delivery by a forwarding agency is made at an additional cost of 100€ up to the curbside. This in particular applies to the products USUS Table and UNIDORM. In order to guarantee an individual delivery in time, we always establish a contact between the customer and the shipping company. Please leave your email address and telephone number.

Shipping by DHL to other European countries is liable to pay costs and depends on the size and quantity of the products.

The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. You reserve the right to choose the transport route and the means of transport. Therefore, please check the arrived shipping box for possible damage to the packaging, document it and, if necessary, communicate it with the logistics company. Bitte überweisen Sie, unter Angabe der Auftragsnummer, den Gesamtbetrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf das angegebene Konto. Der Auftrag kann erst nach Zahlungseingang bearbeitet werden.

INVOICE

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us by email. When paying by bank transfer, you will receive a 2% discount. Please transfer the total amount to the specified account within 14 days, stating the order number. The order can only be processed after receipt of payment.
